I am delighted to share with you the news that this blog has been nominated for a World of Cruising Wave Award 2019. This is the first year I have been nominated and I am absolutely delighted to be on the list in the Favourite Cruise Blogger category.
The Wave Awards are one of the most prestigious accolades in the UK cruise industry. ‘They recognise and reward excellence and innovation in a business that is continuously evolving to deliver an exceptional experience, both on board and ashore.’
The awards cover a range of categories including favourite cruise line, travel agent and destination. Industry experts make up the judging panel, but nominees rely on public votes to reach the next stages of the competition.
Successful finalists will be invited along to a black-tie ceremony at London’s De Vere Connaught Rooms on 7thMarch 2019, and I would love to be there!

The form allows you to vote for lots of other categories in the cruise sector, so there are many others who will also benefit from your submission. The first stage of voting finishes in September, so there are only a few weeks left to go. After that, voting for shortlist nominees will reopen.
