Step forward Charles the Bear, star of Team Cunard’s new children’s book Charles’ Grand Adventure. Join Charles as he embarks on a journey of discovery on board a cruise ship. Follow his adventure as he explores the many intriguing places on board. Go behind-the-scenes as he chances upon areas that aren’t accessible to guests! The rhyming text is accompanied by a series of charming illustrations.
The book was written by Team Cunard members Ali Webster and Amy Meredith and illustrated by Avril Taberner. It was published in aid of The Prince’s Trust’s Million Makers. This entrepreneurial competition challenges teams to turn an initial £1500 investment into a minimum £10,000 profit. The competition raises £1 million annually for The Trust across the UK, which supports disadvantaged young people.

About Team Cunard Million Makers
Team Cunard are a group of professionals from Carnival UK, who are taking part in The Prince’s Trust Million Makers competition. Million Makers is an entrepreneurial fundraising challenge. It sees teams of employees from companies across the UK compete to raise £10,000 or more, over six months, for The Prince’s Trust. The teams are aiming to raise £1,000,000 to transform the lives of disadvantaged young people around the country.
